The ePortal website can be entered exclusively by customers having a valid login code. Per user an individual account is created on demand. An automatic notification will be sent, including the necessary details for a successful login. Each user can manage his account and password. After five incorrect login attempts, the account will be deactivated.

ePortal applies the superuser concept, which means that one or more privileged users within a company have the right to create, delete and manage users and user accounts. They can also change the details of the company they belong to.

A number of roles is assigned to individual users. Authorities, based on these roles, determine whether or not a user is allowed to access or use a specific resource or function.
